Ladies' Fellowship on August 11th

Ladies' Fellowship, Saturday, August 11th, 6pm at The Winstons, 1003 Bradshaw Estates Dr. Canton. Bring an appetizer or dessert to share.This is an opportunity for all ladies college-age and up to be blessed by the testimonies of one another.

 We'll be doing a little "speed-friending" exercise one-on-one, and focusing our topic of conversation on the faithfulness of our Lord. If one lady would be willing to give a testimony of God's faithfulness in her life to the group please contact Jen Winston.

Ladies' Summer Book Clubs

Starting in June, we are excited to offer another round of women's book clubs for members, guests and friends of Sovereign Grace Church Woodstock.  All ladies ( single and married) are invited to participate in various homes throughout the church.  Our goal is to increase our passion for the Savior while enhancing our friendships with one another.  In order to provide the most fitting titles, we have compiled a list of options.  Take a look and let us know which books interest you most, so that we can establish groups, days of the weeks, and meeting times based on these needs.

Hello Church Family,


Sovereign Grace Ministries invites our youth to participate in the first ever regional Youth Camp! You can find additional details on the website, www.alivecamp.com.

Here are a few details to get you started:
Dates: June 25-28 (Monday through Thursday); arrive between 1:00pm and 5:00pm; depart after lunch on Thursday

Location: Lake Swan Camp

Ages: 12 and up (Parents invited too!)

Cost: $165 per person; includes lodging, food, t-shirt, and camp activities

Ladies' Prayer

This coming week, in lieu of the Wednesday morning option, Anita Padgett will be hosting an EVENING prayer at her home on Tuesday, May 1 from 8:00-9:00 p.m.

Feel free to linger afterwards for an informal time of sharing, fellowship and light

refreshments.

All right, gals, spring is a great time to clean out those closets, drawers and wardrobes. Remember that adorable pair of shoes you couldn't resist buying but have only worn twice? How about that dress your friend convinced you to buy that simply isn’t “you”? Bring your unused or gently used items and exchange them for something NEW TO YOU.

Okay…so, what do I do?

· Select five (5) nearly new items to swap. Items may include jewelry, scarves, shoes, purses, or clothing.

· Make sure clothing is freshly laundered and placed on hangers.

· Bring items to church that Sunday morning OR by 6:15 for set up.

· Be ready for some fast-paced fun and surprises!
