Here is a reminder about the children's ministry song, which is planned for THIS Sunday, December 18, just in case we missed you with the letter. Please continue practicing the lyrics at home this week!
2's and 3/4's: (Singing "Away in a Manger.") We would like for our little ones to dress as kings, angels, shepherds, or animals from the Nativity JUST for the song. You can feel free to put on your pretty dress afterward, if you like. :) These costumes can be made VERY easily from items in your own home. For example, a pillowcase and a length of twine or a headband makes the perfect head covering for a shepherd. Please message me if you need ideas! PLEASE ARRIVE AT 9:00 ON SUNDAY TO RUN THROUGH THE SONG.
5's-10's: (Singing chorus/bridge of "He Made a Way in a Manger.") We were hoping to have the choir dress UP in holiday-type clothing. Suggestions include holiday skirts or dresses for girls and dress/khaki pants with a dress shirt or sweater that contains red, green or white. (Please do not feel the need to purchase anything new!) PLEASE ARRIVE AT 8:45 ON SUNDAY TO RUN THROUGH THE SONG.
We love your children SO much, and we can't wait to hear them sing! Please let us know if you have any questions. mrspadgett@gmail.com
